Swyvl for Surveyors

Stop sending Dropbox links. Deliver survey data like a professional.

Your clients can't open LAS files. They don't have CloudCompare. They just want to see the data you captured. Swyvl gives them a branded link where everything opens in the browser.

Your clients deserve better than a zip file

You spend days capturing data. Then you deliver it via Dropbox and hope for the best.

Dropbox delivery looks unprofessional

You hand clients a generic Dropbox or WeTransfer link — no branding, no context, just a list of files with cryptic names. It undermines the quality of your work.

Branded delivery portal with your logo and colours

Your client opens a link with your company branding, sees a professional layout of their deliverables, and views everything directly in the browser.

Clients can't open your files

You send LAS, E57, GeoTIFF, or DXF files. Your client downloads them and has no idea what to do. They email you asking how to open them. Every time.

14 file types viewable in any browser

Point clouds, 3D models, orthomosaics, GeoTIFFs, DXF drawings, PDFs, videos, and 360 panoramas — all rendered in the browser with no software required.

No proof your client received the data

Dropbox doesn't tell you if your client opened the link, viewed the files, or downloaded anything. When disputes arise, you have no evidence of delivery.

Full audit trail with timestamps and access logs

Know exactly when your client opened the link, which files they viewed, and what they downloaded. Proof of delivery for every project.

Frequently asked questions

Everything surveyors ask before switching from Dropbox.

Can my clients view point clouds without installing software?
Yes. Swyvl renders LAS and LAZ files using WebGL directly in the browser — Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge. Your client clicks the link you send them and the point cloud loads. No CloudCompare, no QGIS, no specialist software required.
What file formats does Swyvl support for surveyors?
LAS, LAZ, E57 (point clouds), GeoTIFF and COG (orthomosaics), OBJ, FBX, glTF, IFC, DXF (3D models and CAD), PDF, MP4 and MOV (video), 360° panoramas, and Gaussian Splats. Every file type a surveyor typically delivers is covered in one platform.
How does Swyvl compare to sending files via Dropbox or WeTransfer?
Dropbox and WeTransfer store and transfer files — your client still needs specialist software to open them. Swyvl renders every file in the browser and presents them in a branded portal. Your client sees the data immediately. You see who viewed it and when.
Can I add my company branding to the client portal?
Yes. On the Solo plan and above, you can add your company logo and accent colour to every portal. Enterprise plans support custom portal domains and full white-labelling — no Swyvl branding visible to your clients.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The free plan includes 1 editor seat, 3 sites, 5 GB storage, and 5 share links — enough to try the platform with a real project. No credit card required.
How large a file can I upload?
Swyvl supports multipart upload for files up to hundreds of gigabytes. Large LAS files, full-site E57 scans, and high-resolution GeoTIFFs are all supported. If you have an unusually large dataset, contact us.
Does Swyvl store data in Australia?
Yes. Australia is the default data region. Your data is stored in Wasabi's ap-southeast-2 (Sydney) region by default. Enterprise customers can choose from 8 regions: AU, US East, US West, UK, EU, Canada, Japan, Singapore.
